Time Saver: In a pot, Bring 4 cups of stock to a boil. Stir in the contents of the pouch, cover the pot with a lid and reduce heat to simmer for 35 min or until rice and lentils are cooked through.
Next Level: Bring a pot to medium low heat with 2 tbsp of your preferred cooking oil, add contents of pouch to the pot stirring until lightly toasted and fragrant. Then, add 4 cups of stock, cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 35 min or until rice and lentils are cooked through. Remove from the burner and serve.
Optional: Top with a Lime Wedge, Sour Cream, Cheese and Avocado.
