Mushroom Barley Soup

In a large pot, bring 5 1/2 cups of water or stock to a boil. Pour in the contents of the packet and reduce heat to simmer for 30 min or until barley is cooked through. Remove from the stove and serve.

Optional: Top with fresh herbs, and serve with fresh crusty Bread.

Your kit is guaranteed to grow! As long as you open the kit by the best before date on the bottom and follow our instructions we guarantee the first harvest. If you don't get a harvest from your kit send us an email to - themushroommeadows@gmail.com with how long ago you started, pictures of the kit as is, pictures of the grow block removed from the box, and where you got it. Often times we can help sort out the issue and get it growing, but if we can't we'll replace the kit free of charge!
