Dried Ontario Reishi Powder

Add 1 tsp, or 1g per 250ml of Water.
Simmer on the stove top for up to 2 hours.

The longer you simmer the more digestible nutrients are extracted.

Tip: Add lemon, ginger, and choice of tea (green tea recommended) for the last 15 min.
